Basic Camera Movements

Today we learned a variety of Camera  Movements that we can use in our task:

Tracking Shot
-Moving the camera backwards/forwards/In/Out  on a dolly
-Following characters

Crab Shot
-Filming Side to Side (like a crab...)

Tilt Shot
-Up/Down shot on a fixed axis
-Gives the character a sense of power

Zoom
-Alternate tracking shot 
-Focuses on one point, shows importance

Arc Shot
-Full/Semi circle around the characters

Crane Shot
-Follows upwards/downwards to focus on the height

Panning Shot
-Moving from left to right
